Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to your Account page and click “Manage subscription”. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What happens when my free trial ends?

After 30 days, you'll need to upgrade to Pro to continue using the editor and receiving daily briefings. You can upgrade at any time from the editor or your Account page.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel within 14 days of subscribing and no briefings have been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund under UK consumer law. Contact us at hello@teninthemorning.com to request one.

What time does my briefing arrive?

Briefings are sent at 7:00 AM BST every day (or on whichever days you've selected in your delivery settings).

Where does the news and data come from?

News headlines from Google News, weather from Open-Meteo, sports from ESPN, stock data from Yahoo Finance, and AI content from Anthropic's Claude. RSS feeds are fetched directly from the URLs you provide.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to your Account page, scroll to “Danger zone”, and click “Delete my account”. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

I didn't receive my briefing email

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, try sending a test email from the editor. If that works but the scheduled send doesn't, contact us and we'll investigate.

Can I change my email address?

Yes — go to your Account page and enter a new email under “Change email”. You'll receive a confirmation link at the new address to complete the change.
