Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. About us

TenInTheMorning is a personalised daily email briefing service operated by TenInTheMorning (“we”, “us”, “our”). For queries, contact us at hello@teninthemorning.com.

2. The service

TenInTheMorning lets you build a personalised daily email briefing with modules including news, weather, sports, stocks, RSS feeds, and AI-generated content. The briefing is delivered to your email address at the time you configure.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Free plan

The free plan provides access to the service with limited features for 30 days from account creation. After 30 days, you must upgrade to Pro to continue using the service. Free plan limitations include: 8 modules, 6 stories per module, 3 colour themes, and 1 saved edition.

5. Pro subscription

TenInTheMorning Pro is available at £3.99 per month (inclusive of VAT). By subscribing:

  • You agree to a recurring monthly payment of £3.99 charged to your chosen payment method via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you first subscribed.
  • You can cancel at any time through your Account page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
  • No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, by proceeding with your subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been delivered during that period. If you cancel within 14 days before any content has been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Changes to pricing

We may change our subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Content and data

News, weather, sports, and stock data is sourced from third-party APIs (Google News, Open-Meteo, ESPN, Yahoo Finance). AI-generated content is produced by language models and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content delivered through the service.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to distribute spam, malicious content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenInTheMorning's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

As a digital service, TenInTheMorning must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the service does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@teninthemorning.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or to the courts. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
